Based in South Florida, Mark Seruya has built a four-decade career in finance, with more than 30 years dedicated to commercial real estate. Currently self-employed as a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and advisor, he focuses on real estate investments and distressed non-performing real estate loans from companies facing adverse business conditions.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Seruya oversaw a financial advising firm that worked with high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses to help them achieve lasting financial legacies. Through tax, estate, and financial planning, he and his team at Sage Wealth Management simplified complex financial landscapes by coordinating across legal, tax, and financial platforms. His specific expertise included fixed-income investing—particularly municipal, emerging markets, corporate, and U.S. government debt—along with equities, alternative investments, and lending strategies that connected clients to private and investment banking resources.
